This is probably old news to most of you, but if not, I didn’t want it to go unnoticed. At the beginning of this month, President Obama issued a proclamation that June would be Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Pride Month. Click here to read the full news release.
In stark contrast, presidents of the past have used proclamations to promote wholesome ideas. Check out President Abraham Lincoln’s Thanksgiving Proclamation or President Ronald Reagan’s National Sanctity of Human Life Proclamation for great examples.
