Over the weekend, Blake Edwards wrote an op-ed piece to the Arkansas Democrat Gazette concerning the Arkansas Supreme Court’s recent decision to strike down Act One, the Arkansas Adoption and Foster Care Act. I don’t believe I’ve heard anyone, myself included, better articulate the long leaps the court had to make in arriving at its decision.
