This afternoon the Arkansas Senate Public Health Committee passed H.B. 1428.
This good bill ensures abortion clinics are properly inspected, and that any clinic that fails inspection is promptly shut down.
It also closes loopholes in Arkansas’ Woman’s Right-to-Know Act.
This bill now goes to the entire Arkansas Senate for a vote.
